SYRINGOMYELIA 2007 SYMPOSIUM GOLF TOURNAMENT IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE PGA
TO BE HELD AT THE BELFRY BRABAZON RYDER CUP COURSE
ON SATURDAY 27th OCTOBER 2007
The Ryder Cup will be on display for delegates
An enjoyable, relaxing day and get together for delegates at this unique world famous course has been arranged.
The symposium ends on Friday 26th October and on Saturday 27th October all interested delegates are invited to play friends and colleagues a full round of golf (Stableford) arranged by the British Professional Golfers Association on the world famous Brabazon Ryder Cup Course, The Belfry
The day includes
18 holes of golf on the world famous Brabazon Course
Transport to and from The Belfry
Coffee and Bacon rolls on arrival
Syringomyelia 2007 Private room for delegates
Complimentary sandwich and hot drink at ‘The Halfway House’
3 course buffet after play
Prize giving
The PGA will administer the tournament
A tournament Director and PGA Starter will announce all competitors on the first tee and ensure a prompt start.
A scoreboard to record and display all scores
The Tournament Director will administer a longest drive and nearest the pin competition and mark all score cards
The PGA will assist with the prize presentation
All net proceeds from tournament will go to The Ann Conroy Trust
Please include your registration and for the Golf Day when registering for the symposium
The Belfry is only a few miles from Rugby School, the venue for Syringomyelia 2007
Cost to Delegates is £195 for the day
Places are limited and early registration is recommended
PROVISIONAL PROGRAMME FOR THE DAY
The coach will arrive at your hotel at 06.45 for a prompt leave time of 06.50. It would be most helpful if you could be dressed in your golfing attire ready for a prompt start on arrival at The Belfry. Please bring a change of clothes for the buffet meal after play. Smart casual is acceptable.
07.30 approx Arrive at The Belfry.
Each player will receive a complimentary stroke saver.
Bacon rolls and coffee for all players will be provided on arrival
Tee off times are between 8.03 and 09.42.
Each golfer will be announced on the 1st Tee by a PGA official starter
Between the 9th Hole and the 10th Tee is the ‘Halfway House’ all golfers will be offered a complimentary sandwich and hot drink before continuing on the back nine.
There will be various photo opportunities throughout the day but in particular, for a donation to The Ann Conroy Trust, the chance to be photographed with the world famous Ryder Cup. A copy will be forwarded to you in a presentation folder after the event.
The buffet lunch will be available from around 14.30 for you to enjoy with the prize presentations taking place.
